Reward Program Agreement – Transparent and Mutually Accountable
All cashback reward adjustments based on the agreed commission must be clearly documented and approved by both the real estate agent and the property seller. This will only happen after a formal agreement is signed between the property seller and the agent recommended by our company.
This process will only take place after a formal agreement is signed between the seller and the assigned Real Estate Agent recommended by our company (Realty Agent Finder). Additionally, it is the responsibility of the property seller to ensure that the referral commission to the Realty Agent is explicitly mentioned in the contract with the appointed real estate agent.

Property sellers are expertly matched with top-tier, locally-based real estate professionals renowned for their experience, exceptional reputations, and extensive networks. With competitive commission terms and a clear, transparent agreement, sellers can confidently unlock exclusive rewards and benefits. This agreement includes a provision requiring the selected agent to remit a referral fee of 20%-30% of their commission to Realty Agent, ensuring sellers enjoy an unparalleled advantage following the successful sale of their property.
Eligibility Criteria
The reward rates listed in the above table are based on a Realty Agent’s commission level starting at 2.4% or above. Any deviations from this standard commission structure may result in adjustments to the reward program as mentioned below in T&C 3.
Commission-Based Adjustments
Commission Between 1.9% and 2.4%: If the agent’s commission is mutually agreed upon within the range of 1.9% to 2.4%, the value of the reward program will be reduced by 25% from the listed rewards.
Commission Between 1.2% and 1.9%: If the agent’s commission is mutually agreed upon within the range of 1.2% to 1.9%, the value of the reward program will be reduced by 45% from the listed rewards.
Commission Between 1.0% and 1.2%: If the agent’s commission is mutually agreed upon within the range of 1% to 1.2%, the value of the reward program will be reduced by 50% from the listed rewards.
Calculation and Application
The adjusted rewards will be calculated based on the agreed-upon commission percentage before the Cashback payment to the seller.
Non-Transferability
Cashback rewards are strictly non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the eligible person, who sells his/her property or their designated beneficiaries, as agreed upon at the time of registration.
